Length of Stay

If you would like to participate in the condo hotel rental program, you may use your unit for one week during high season and two weeks during low season, and the remainder of the time, your unit may be placed in the rental program. Stated another way, you have two choices: use your unit for 3 months or use it for 3 weeks and then collect rental revenue the rest of the time.

The prices vary depending on the location of the unit. Your usage includes either one week high season and two weeks low season or one month high season and two months low season, depending on which rental program you choose.
